User Data Deletion Instructions

Effective: 31 May 2026

ShopWoW (operated by ULTRA AGENT LIMITED) respects your right to delete your personal data. You can delete the data associated with your account in the following 2 ways.

Method 1 (recommended) — delete it yourself instantly in the app

The fastest way: log in and go to My Account → Privacy You can download your data or delete your account yourself instantly, with no waiting.

Method 2 — request deletion by email

Or send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” stating the email or User ID you use to log in. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation email once done.

Logged in via Facebook?

If you connected your account via Facebook, you can revoke the app's access on Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select ShopWoW → press Remove. (Revoking Facebook access does not delete your ShopWoW account — use Method 1 or 2 to delete your data)

Legal exceptions

Some data that Thai law requires to be retained (such as transaction records, tax invoices, and accounting documents) may be kept for the period required by law, even after your account is deleted.
