ShopWoW (“we”) is an online marketplace platform operated by ULTRA AGENT LIMITED (a legal entity registered in Thailand). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in through Ultra ID (our central identity service, which supports email · LINE · Google · Facebook · Apple), we collect only the following basic information:

• Email
• Display name
• Profile picture

In addition, we collect information you create yourself while using the service, such as orders, shipping addresses, phone number (when you verify a number to open a shop, or enter it in a shipping address), your favorite items, and your chat history with shops. We do not request access to your friend list, posts, or any other private content from the provider you use to sign in.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity and create/sign in to your account
• To process orders, shipping, and payments
• To contact you regarding your orders or the service
• To improve security and prevent fraud

3. Disclosure — We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share information only to the extent necessary to provide the service, such as passing your shipping address to the seller you ordered from, or sending information to carriers and payment providers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active, or as long as necessary to provide the service. When you request account deletion, we delete your personal data following the steps on the Data Deletionpage. However, certain data that the law requires us to keep (such as transaction and tax records) may be retained for the period required by law. In addition, if your account is linked to fraud, a scam, or a legal case, we may keep a sealed copy of the identifying information needed to pursue it — accessible only when there is an actual legal case — for no longer than the applicable limitation period, in order to protect other users and to establish or defend legal claims.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. The fastest way: go to My Account → Privacy to download your data or delete your account yourself instantly, or contact us through the channels below.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard security measures.
