Shipping Policy

ShopWoW is an online marketplace that connects buyers with sellers. Shipping is handled by each individual seller through delivery carriers in Thailand (such as Flash, Kerry, Thailand Post, J&T, and others).

Delivery Time

• Sellers generally prepare and ship items within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed
• Transit time is typically 1–5 business days, depending on the delivery area and the carrier
• During festivals or promotions, delivery may take slightly longer than usual

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight/size of the item and the actual destination area, and are shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm the order. Normally,the buyer pays the shipping fee however, some sellers may choose to offer free shipping on certain items.

Parcel Tracking

Once the seller ships the item, the order status updates to “Shipped” together with the tracking number (if available) on the My Orderspage.

Service Area

We currently provide delivery within Thailand.

Delayed / Lost / Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is unusually delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, you can open a dispute case directly from the order page — we guarantee a review within 72 hours. See the refund/return terms at the Refund and Return Policy.
