Terms of Service

Welcome to ShopWoW. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. ShopWoW is operated by ULTRA AGENT LIMITED (บริษัท อัลตร้า เอเจนท์ จำกัด), a legal entity registered in Thailand, company registration number 0105569026818.

1. Scope of Service

ShopWoW is an online department store operated by ULTRA AGENT LIMITED, selling physical goods that are shipped to the buyer's delivery address. The sale contract is formed between the buyer and ShopWoW, with ShopWoW acting as the seller of record and receiving payment for the goods in its own name. Some goods are sourced and stocked by the store itself and shipped by us. Others come from shops acting as consignment suppliers, whose goods ShopWoW sells under a consignment agreement, with the supplier storing and shipping those items. In every case ShopWoW is the seller of record and is responsible for your order. ShopWoW does not offer digital asset, cryptocurrency, electronic money (e-money), stored-value wallet, or payment gateway services of any kind, and does not receive payments on behalf of third parties.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential
• You must be of the legal age required by law, or have parental consent
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Prohibitions

You may not use the service to:

• consign goods or services that are illegal or infringe the rights of others
• Commit fraud, deceive, or misrepresent product information
• Infringe the intellectual property of others
• Send spam or malware, or disrupt the system and other users

3/1 Reporting illegal items

• Found an illegal or infringing item? Tap “Report”, or use the illegal-item report page (no account needed). The team checks serious reports within 24 hours.
• No false reports — knowingly filing a false report to harass a shop may get your account suspended and make you liable under the law.
• Labels on product pages — “TIS mark · per seller” means the shop entered a TISI (มอก.) number that the Store has not yet checked with TISI · “Verified with Thai FDA” means the FDA (อย.) number matched the FDA database on the date it was checked.

4. Ordering and Payment

Prices and product availability are shown on each product page. When you place an order you contract with ShopWoW and pay ShopWoW directly — ShopWoW receives the payment and is responsible for that order as the seller. Cash on delivery (COD) and the online payment channels listed at checkout are supported.

5. Loyalty Points and Rewards

ShopWoW may offer an in-app loyalty points and rewards programme to encourage use of the platform, subject to the following conditions:

• Points are earned only through designated activities on ShopWoW, such as completed purchases, daily check-ins, or in-app quests — points cannot be purchased, topped up, or funded with money in any way
• Points may be redeemed only for in-app benefits (such as rewards or cosmetic items) and cannot be used outside ShopWoW
• Points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, converted, or exchanged for currency of any kind
• Points cannot be transferred between users, sold, traded, or gifted
• Points are not a digital token, cryptocurrency, digital asset, stored-value instrument, or form of electronic money (e-money) of any kind
• Points currently have no expiry date; ShopWoW may introduce an expiry rule or adjust the programme's conditions with advance notice
• ShopWoW may revoke points earned from orders that are cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent

6. Limitation of Liability

The website and app are provided “as-is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopWoW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. This limitation does not affect consumer rights under Thai law, nor does it limit ShopWoW's liability as the seller of the goods it sells. ShopWoW may seek recourse from the consignment supplier under the consignment agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
