Terms of Service

Effective: 16 August 2026

Welcome to ShopWoW. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. ShopWoW is operated by ULTRA AGENT LIMITED (บริษัท อัลตร้า เอเจนท์ จำกัด), a legal entity registered in Thailand, company registration number 0105569026818.

1. Scope of Service

ShopWoW is an online marketplace platform that connects buyers with sellers for physical goods that are shipped to the buyer's delivery address. The sale contract is formed directly between the buyer and the seller, with ShopWoW acting only as an intermediary that facilitates transactions, payments, and shipping. ShopWoW does not offer digital asset, cryptocurrency, electronic money (e-money), stored-value wallet, or payment gateway services of any kind.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
  • You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential
  • You must be of the legal age required by law, or have parental consent
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Prohibitions

You may not use the service to:

  • Sell illegal goods or services, or infringe the rights of others
  • Commit fraud, deceive, or misrepresent product information
  • Infringe the intellectual property of others
  • Send spam or malware, or disrupt the system and other users

4. Ordering and Payment

Prices, product availability, and shipping terms are set by the seller. ShopWoW may offer cash-on-delivery (COD) payment and, in the future, online payment channels.

5. Loyalty Points and Rewards

ShopWoW may offer an in-app loyalty points and rewards programme to encourage use of the platform, subject to the following conditions:

  • Points are earned only through designated activities on the platform, such as completed purchases, daily check-ins, or in-app quests — points cannot be purchased, topped up, or funded with money in any way
  • Points may be redeemed only for in-app benefits (such as rewards or cosmetic items) and cannot be used outside the platform
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, converted, or exchanged for currency of any kind
  • Points cannot be transferred between users, sold, traded, or gifted
  • Points are not a digital token, cryptocurrency, digital asset, stored-value instrument, or form of electronic money (e-money) of any kind
  • Points currently have no expiry date; ShopWoW may introduce an expiry rule or adjust the programme's conditions with advance notice
  • ShopWoW may revoke points earned from orders that are cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as-is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopWoW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
