Our guarantees of truth
Every review comes from a real buyer
Only people who have bought and received the item can write a review — 1 order = 1 review. There is no review button if you haven't actually bought, so there can never be stray reviews from people who never purchased.
Paid reviews · star-padding are impossible
Sellers cannot buy from their own store, and we never give rewards in exchange for reviews. The system also detects patterns of fake accounts sharing the same network or address — so manipulation is both expensive and risky, and simply not worth it.
Sales figures are real
The “sold” count and “best-selling” ranking count only orders actually delivered to the customer — not just placed. Placing fake orders and cancelling them cannot inflate the numbers.
Problems resolved fast ≤72 hrs
You can open a case immediately if the item is wrong/not received, attaching photos/clips as evidence. The seller must respond within 72 hours — stay silent past the deadline and the system decides for the buyer immediately. If you still can't agree, it goes to mediation: the seller has 48 hours to submit evidence, then the system decides based on the evidence according to the published rules (high-value cases/conflicting evidence are reviewed by our team) — transparent, with no secret admins, unlike other marketplaces that take 7–9 days.
