Prohibited Items Policy

To keep ShopWoW a safe and trustworthy store for everyone, the following items are strictly prohibited — both illegal under Thai law and against the policy of ULTRA AGENT LIMITED.
Items Prohibited from Sale
Categories marked “Reviewed by our team” use words that can also mean something harmless (e.g. hand-sanitising alcohol, wine glasses), so the system does not block them instantly — our team checks each listing and removes anything that breaks this policy.
Counterfeits / replicas
Fake designer bags, watches and brands, mirror-grade copies, and goods that infringe trademarks

Firearms, ammunition, explosives and all dangerous weapons

All narcotics and illegal controlled substances

Prescription / licensed medicines
Any medicine that requires a licence to sell (selling online = up to 5 years in prison) — household remedies such as inhalers and balms are fine

Claims that a product cures diseases such as cancer or diabetes, and exaggerated health-product claims such as weight loss or whitening in X days — fix the wording and you can list

Pets and live animals of any kind (cannot be shipped) — pet food and supplies are fine

Cyanide, concentrated acids, arsenic, mercury, formalin and farm chemicals banned by law such as paraquat

Ponzi or pyramid schemes, recruiting downlines, and investment offers that guarantee a percentage return

How We Enforce This
ShopWoW has an automatic content-filtering system that checks every listing and message to block prohibited items right when they are listed. In addition, every user can report a product/storethat looks suspicious — our team will review it and remove it quickly.
Consigning prohibited items may result in the item being removed immediately, the shop being suspended or permanently closed, and legal action. A consignment supplier is liable to the Store for all damage caused by the goods it consigns (see the Seller Agreement).
