Prohibited Items Policy

Effective: 14 June 2026

To keep ShopWoW a safe and trustworthy marketplace for everyone, the following items are strictly prohibited from being listed — both illegal under Thai law and against the policy of ULTRA AGENT LIMITED.

Items Prohibited from Sale

• สินค้าลอกเลียนแบบ / ของปลอม

  กระเป๋า/นาฬิกา/แบรนด์เนมปลอม งานก๊อป งานมิเรอร์ สินค้าละเมิดเครื่องหมายการค้า

• อาวุธ

  อาวุธปืน กระสุน วัตถุระเบิด และอาวุธอันตรายทุกชนิด

• ยาเสพติด / สารผิดกฎหมาย

  ยาเสพติดทุกประเภทและสารควบคุมที่ผิดกฎหมาย

• ยาแผนปัจจุบัน

  ยาทุกชนิดที่ต้องมีใบอนุญาตขาย (ขายออนไลน์ = คุกไม่เกิน 5 ปี) — ยาสามัญประจำบ้าน เช่น ยาดม ยาหม่อง ขายได้ปกติ

• การพนัน

  เว็บพนัน บาคาร่า สลอตออนไลน์ สลากกินรวบ หวยใต้ดิน

• ซากสัตว์ป่าคุ้มครอง

  งาช้าง นอแรด ซากหรือชิ้นส่วนของสัตว์ป่าคุ้มครอง

• เนื้อหา / สื่อลามก

  สื่อลามกอนาจารทุกรูปแบบ

• เอกสาร / ของปลอมผิดกฎหมาย

  ธนบัตรปลอม บัตรเครดิต/พาสปอร์ต/วุฒิการศึกษาปลอม

How We Enforce This

ShopWoW has an automatic content-filtering system that checks every listing and message to block prohibited items right when they are listed. In addition, every user can report a product/storethat looks suspicious — our team will review it and remove it quickly.

Violating this by selling prohibited items may result in the item being removed immediately, the store being suspended or permanently closed, and legal action. The seller is solely responsible under the law for the items they list (see the Seller Agreement).
